HCL Infosystems announced that it has appointed Kannika Sagar as Chief People Officer. Sagar, who joins HCL from AON Hewitt, will lead the People Strategy and its execution as the company builds further momentum on its transformation pillars, the statement said.
"Our People strategy is core to our growth plans and towards that, it was important that we entrust this to a professional, whose experience and credentials across HR consulting, strategy and execution aligns with our focus on people aligned transformation," HCL Infosystems Executive Vice-Chairman and MD Premkumar Seshadri said.
