Government will sell 3.74 crore shares in National Fertilisers Ltd (NFL) through an offer for sale and the issue will hit the markets on Wednesday.
‘The Empowered Group of Ministers (EGoM) on Tuesday has cleared NFL offer for sale (OFS). The issue will hit the markets on Wednesday,’ Disinvestment Secretary Ravi Mathur told reporters here.
He said the base price for the offer for sale would be made public after the close of market hours on Tuesday. Sources said the price would be at a discount to the current market price. The share sale is expected to fetch around Rs 100 crore to the exchequer at the current market price.
