Days after the Delhi crime branch blew the lid off an international sex racket that is being run at GB Road, one of the main accused and muscleman of the racket Sarfaraz alias Billi has surrendered before police on Thursday. Sarfaraz was absconding since police arrested the kingpin couple – Afaq Hussain and Saira Begum along with six others. He surrendered himself at the crime branch’s office in south Delhi’s RK Puram. After the international human trafficking racket was busted it came to light that the couple had trafficked more than 5000 girls since 1999.
