Frustrated man throws acid on power official, govt employees to ‘change their work attitude’

The recent incident of acid attack on an employee of power department has sent shockwaves to government officials. 

To avoid the wrath of people, the officials of various departments have planned to change their work attitude. 

Sources have informed that a secret meeting of power officials was held following the incident, where instructions were given to take proper care of people’s concern.

‘It was a sudden outburst of a person who was frustrated due to manhandling of government employees. There is an urgent need to change our working style, otherwise we will face more such attacks in future,’ said an official of electricity department.

Meanwhile, the Police on Sunday sent the accused, Sunil, to jail for throwing acid on the employee. 

The condition of the victim is still critical as he has suffered critical burn on his face and other parts.
Sunil threw acid on Jitendra Prakash and had thrown brick on him also at office of power department on Saturday morning.

Sunil, aresident of Nithari village, had apparently been asked a pay a bribe to settle his complaint over inflated bills.
