Saluting the 65th year of being a proud Indian, Hyatt shares the glory of India with an exclusive offer for one and all. Enjoy the occasion with epicurean cuisine worthy of celebration at Café.

It offers an experience with its wide selection of food and beverages, along with attentive service in a warm and stylish atmosphere. The modern restaurant design features four interactive kitchens – a fresh juice and beverage bar, a salad and appetiser kitchen, a hot show kitchen and a dessert kitchen.

The hot kitchen is divided into two, the continental and the Indian kitchens, the former offering tender meat, seafood and poultry from the rotisserie and the lava stone char grill.

The Indian kitchen offers delicious Indian options, vegetables, meat and a wide variety of Indian breads cooked in separate vegetarian and non-vegetarian tandoors.  The menu is designed to change with the seasons, offering cuisines from Punjab, Rajasthan, Kerala, Hyderabad and Kashmir.

The dessert kitchen is placed strategically at the front of the restaurant, where the smell of freshly baked pancakes, bread and butter pudding, pastries, chocolates, home-made ice-creams, cookies, and a colourful selection of seasonal Indian and continental desserts tempts all diners.
