Celebrating womanhood with Shyam Sundar's new collection

One of the most premium heritage jewellery brands in Eastern India, Shyam Sundar Co Jewellers unveiled their exclusive range of gold accessories for women at their 131-A Rashbehari Avenue Showroom, recently. Tollywood actress Jaya Ahsan along with Rupak Saha and Arpita Saha, Directors of Shyam Sundar Co Jewellers were present at the occasion.

The exclusive range of gold accessories is light in weight. The collection covers a vast range of gold jewellery with fine wire works, nakshakari and chhila works. The latest collection is very traditional but not for regular use. It consists of Kanbala, Jhumko, Haatpadma or Ratanchur, Mangtika, Noth, Bajubandh, Payel, Nail Rings etc.

The range starts from Rs 12,000 to Rs 50,000.

Speaking on the occasion, Rupak Saha, Director of Shyam Sundar Co. Jewellers said, "Our 'Bijoya' collection has been designed in a way to celebrate the womanhood.

The jewellery is the combination of traditional motifs with Nkshakari and Chhila works. The wide range of handcrafted ornaments is all about the spirit of woman power. With the launch of this collection, I am also wishing all the luck to the team of 'Bijoya' for the film."

Arpita Saha, Director of Shyam Sundar Co Jewellers also added, "The collection has a wide range of varieties, mostly in lightweight jewellery. It reflects the distinguishing character or qualities of a woman or of womankind. We wanted to bring back the glory of Bengali traditional jewellery which we do not use nowadays. We hope the exquisite collection will be loved."

The lead actress of the upcoming Bengali film 'Bijoya', Jaya Ahsan said, "The team of 'Bijoya' and I are very happy to have been associated with such a premium heritage jewellery brand.
