Street food these days is being offered in fine dining and posh restaurants with the latest addition being Eggspectation, a restaurant at Jaypee Siddharth in the national Capital, where an eclectic mix of delicacies from nine countries are on offer.
They are presenting traditional flavours of the ‘Street Food’ that are handpicked from around the globe. A Canadian dining restaurant, Eggspectation invites patrons to experience a multitude of dishes from countries such as-Jamaica, USA, Germany, Indonesia, Vietnam, Mexico, Middle East, Turkey and India.
As the name suggests, the special menu will showcase mouth-watering dishes popularly consumed by locals of that region, bringing a rich variety of delicacies from various cultures under one roof.
Guests can enjoy authentic street food from their favourite destination with family and friends. The tasty selection of dishes include Jerk Chicken (Jamaica); Kentucky Chicken (USA); Doner Kebab (Middle East); Vietnamese baguette sandwich stuffed with minced chicken and array of pickled vegetables; Mushroom and Bean Tacos (Mexican); Vada Pao (India).
