The Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC) has postponed the final date to make payments for plot owners in Bawana -11 Industrial area.

Any further delay in making the payments will result in the cancellation of the allotment.

A DSIIDC spokesperson said that the allottees of Bawana-II (Bhorgarh) were given ample opportunities through various communications and public notices for clearing outstanding dues of their plots to avoid cancellation of allotments.

Two-thirds of the allottees, out of a total of 44,00, have already cleared their dues, but the remaining one-third are yet to make the necessary payments.

According to DSIIDC’s sources, the representatives from various allottees and associations met the corporation recently. The corporation has decided to give a last chance to the defaulters to make the payments. This would be the final opportunity for making the payments with usual interest rate latest by 30 June, 2013.

In this regard, individual notices to all defaulters have also been issued and the list is also displayed on the corporation’s website.
