Brazil’s football sensation Neymar has responded to Sweden international Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s praise by saying it would be ‘a dream’ to play alongside the striker at French club Paris Saint-Germain.
Ibrahimovic last week labelled Neymar ‘a fantastic talent’, adding he would like to see the 20-year-old leave Santos for a top European outfit.
Neymar reaffirmed his commitment to the Brazilian club Sunday but showed his appreciation for Ibrahimovic’s comments.
‘It’s my objective to be surrounded by great players and he is one of those,’ Neymar said. ‘It would be a dream to play with Ibrahimovic.’
Neymar is currently contracted to Santos, the team he joined as an 11-year-old, until 2014 and he has repeatedly denied reports of an imminent move to Europe.
