Depicting motherly love on canvas

Art is a strong medium to showcase what’s going on in an artist’s mind and nothing better than art can bring out their imagination on canvas for others to see and feel what the artist felt while making it. 

An exhibition of paintings titled ‘Mamtamayi’ will be held from February 13-19 in the national Capital. Spreading the message of mother’s love and care, the exhibition will showcase works by Harshvardhan Arya.

Artist Harshvardhan is one of those artists who try to portray the work that touch the soul and provides a strong message. 

His works mostly talk about the preservation of environment. Motherly love is highly reflected in his paintings. 

In some of the paintings true love can be seen via Lord Krishna’s child avatar while some provide a message about a daughter’s safety. In the upcoming exhibition, an art lover can see the depiction of a loving mother and her care being expressed with very deep intensity on canvas by the artist.
