YEIDA launches app for commuters on expressway

The Yamuna expressway industrial development authority (YEIDA) launched an app on Friday which will provide assistance to the motorists on the 165-km long expressway.

"Highway Saathi" a mobile application, mainly focuses on to provide instant help to the commuters who suffer any sort of casualty on the expressway.

"The app can be downloaded from Google play store. It will provide any kind of assistance, such as medical aid, fuel, mechanics or other safety-related assistance," said Arunvir Singh, Chief Executive Officer, Yamuna expressway industrial development authority (YEIDA).

The app was launched by YEIDA CEO ArunVir Singh at Jewar toll plaza. The app has been developed by Jaypee Infratech, operator of the 165km expressway connecting Greater Noida and Agra.
