Woman stabbed to death over monetary dispute, culprit nabbed

 In a horrific incident, a man stabbed a 40-year-old woman to death, also injured the victim's son and sister in South East Delhi's Jaitpur on Tuesday.
The accused was caught by the PCR while he tried to flee the spot.

A PCR call was made at around 3:15 pm stating that a man is stabbing a woman with a knife. Soon, the cops reached the spot when they saw the accused wearing a blood-stained shirt with a knife in his hands. The PCR staff nabbed him from the spot.

The accused, Rajesh entered the victim, Neeraj Chauhan's house and started stabbing her brutally.

After this, he dragged her out of the house and wounded her with the knife around seven times.

Soon, the victim's son, Satyam and her sister Vinod tried to intervene but Rajesh started attacking them as well. In the feud, Rajesh cut open Satyam's palm while Vinod received serious injuries on her arm.

Neeraj who was lying in a pool of blood was rushed to the hospital where she was declared brought dead.

"It is a money dispute. The 40-year-old accused has been arrested and we are interrogating him," said South-East Delhi's DCP Romil Baniya.

The investigation revealed that the attacker Rajesh had taken around 50 thousand from the committee and Neeraj was his guarantor.
Rajesh was annoyed with the fact that she was forcing him to return the money.
