A woman had alleged that she was subjected to rape by an office colleague in Noida for over a month.
"The accused shot a video and kept blackmailing the victim. He raped her for over one month," said a police officer.
The woman, a Ghaziabad resident, was working in an export house in Sector-7, Noida. She told the cops that her colleague Gaurav raped her and also filmed the act. Following this, he blackmailed her against the video clip to make viral.
The culprit worked with her in the same company and later quit the job. But, he did not stop performing the gruesome act on her.
With the fear of getting insulted, the victim stopped going to the office. Later, she told her husband about the incident.
"The woman told us that her office colleague called her to his apartment in New Ashok Nagar area of New Delhi a month ago. He gave her a cold drink laced with some sedative. Later, after she told her husband, he filed a complaint," added the cop.
