GHAZIABAD: A retired BSNL employee out for a morning walk was injured after being struck by a stray bullet during a clash between two groups in Vijay Nagar, police said.
The incident, sparked by a dispute over parking, escalated into gunfire. The victim, Chandra Bhan, is being treated in hospital. According to the police, five people have
been arrested.
