New Delhi: With the aim to provide health check-up to morning walkers for their lifestyle disorders, New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) on Friday organised Free Health Check-up and Awareness Camps at its five major gardens in its area.
Chairman, NDMC Naresh Kumar informed that NDMC is organizing these Health Check-up and Awareness camps on the occasion of Ayushmaan Bharat Diwas on coming Monday (April 30, 2018) under Gram Swaraj Abhiyan of Ministry of Panchyati Raj, Government of India.
These Health Check-up and Awareness Camps will be organized at Talkatora Garden, Lodhi Garden, Nehru Park, Sanjay Jheel Park (Laxmibai Nagar) and Children Park at India Gate between 6:30 am and 9:30 am on Monday for the morning walkers, the NDMC Chairman added.
He said that the Health Check-up Camps will conduct general health check-up, height and weight measurement, blood pressure, random blood sugar investigation, ECG, consultation and counseling of the patient regarding lifestyle modification.
