Mamata arrives in Delhi today

New Delhi: Bengal chief minister and Trinamool Congress (TMC) supremo Mamata Banerjee's is arriving in the Capital on Monday on a three-day visit.

She will attend a programme 'Love for neighbours', organised by CBCI office for Education and Culture (Delhi Province) on Tuesday at the Constitution Club here. The party sources further say that during her visit, Banerjee will personally invite Opposition leaders to the "Federal Front" rally she plans to hold in January in Kolkata, ahead of the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.

On Friday, the TMC supremo will visit Parliament and meet her party MPs, party sources say. Banerjee is expected to meet leaders from across the political spectrum, from BJD to Shiv Sena.

During her last visit here in June, the Bengal CM also held a joint press conference with Kerala chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan, Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Rao and Karnataka chief minister HD Kumaraswamy.
