Gurugram: Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli who is the resident of Gurugram will vote on May 12 as was disclosed in social media. A very senior officer from election commission office, said, "The application of Virat Kohli has been received. However, we have kept it on pending. He won't be able to vote for current Lok Sabha elections because it is too late. Therefore we have put his application on hold, his application will be considered for the next elections."
Kohli confirmed this news in his Instagram stories. He shared the picture of his 'Election Photo Identity Card' on the platform and wrote: 'Ready to vote in Gurugram on 12th May. Are you?'.
