NEW DELHI: A 44-year-old woman was allegedly murdered in southwest Delhi by her live-in partner, Virendra (35), who throttled her with his elbow. Intoxicated, he carried her body to a car but could not drive, leaving it there before returning home and sleeping. Police arrested him after a neighbour discovered the body on November 26; efforts continue to trace his associates.
