Update: 2017-05-03 19:20 GMT
After garnering the initial hype, the round two of Operation Durga has begun in Gurugram in which 75 people were held in the past two days.
They were, however, let off by the officials after the warning.

On Wednesday, the cops conducted inspections around the Sector-14 area, especially the bus stand and the Government College for Girls area where over 30 people were held for misbehaving with women.
More than 100 individuals were held by the team under Operation Durga conducted over 20 days ago.

Over 30 were arrested at MG Road area.

Modelled in the lines of Anti-Romeo drive that is happening in Uttar Pradesh, the Haryana Government has initiated 'Operation Durga' for women's safety.

While Operation Durga is another attempt to ensure safety and security for women in the city, anti-stalking operations is not a new phenomenon in Gurugram.

The Gurugram police under Operation Majnu has carried out anti-stalking operations on numerous occasions. Last year, more than 50 stalkers were rounded by the city police in MG road itself.
In the past, Operation Majnu was also carried out by Gurugram police in 2011 and in 2012.
