New Delhi: Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Wednesday said that they will refund the registration amount to unsuccessful applicants of Housing Scheme 2019 within a week. According to DDA press statement, the applicants who were not successful in getting the flat under the DDA Housing Scheme-2019 will not have to wait for the refund of the registration amount as the DDA will be refunding the amount within a week.
"In this regard, necessary instructions have already been issued to the designated banks to ensure refund of registration amount to the unsuccessful applicants, within a week," added DDA press statement. The statement further added that all the unsuccessful
applicants may check the transaction details in their bank account in the coming week and contact the bank through which the application was deposited.
Besides, the successful applicants can also exercise the option of the surrender of allotment/ refund of the registration amount without any deduction up to 15 days from the date of issue of Demand-cum-allotment letter, on the DDA website i.e. dda.org.in.
