NEW DELHI: A total of 151 FIR's/DD entry have been lodged by the authorities for violation of model code of conduct in national capital.
Out of which, 16 is against
AAP (9 FIR's and 7 DD entry), 20 against the BJP (14 FIR's and 6 DD entry), six against Congress Party (1 FIR's and 5 DD entry), one against BSP (1 DD entry) and one against SP
(1 DD entry) and 107 are against under the head of others/non-political.
Till Monday, a total of 305546 hoardings/banners/posters have been removed in all over Delhi out of which 30533 are removed from New Delhi Municipal Council, 43075 from East Delhi Municipal Corporation, 2411 from Delhi Cantonment Board, 126566 from South Delhi Municipal Corporation, and 102961 from North Delhi Municipal Corporation respectively.
Further till Monday, 1361 bottles, 91 half, 124849 quarters of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) and 804 bottles, 1095 Half, 249020 quarters of Country liquor and 5831 bottles beer were seized. A total number of 856 FIR's have been registered in Excise Act and 851 persons are arrested in Excise Act.
