Delhi will purchase 100 new ambulances, equipped with ICU facilities, within the next six months to provide ‘door-to-hospital’ facility.
‘The tendering process for which is on. Within next six months government will provide the facility of door-to-hospital for all patients. Till now facilities were only available for the accident, rape assault, acid attack victims and pregnant women,’ health minister Satyendra Jain said.
