The admission process is set to begin on Wednesday.
‘Parents can register their complaints against any school by calling the helpline. Their grievances would be addressed in three working days,’ education minister Manish Sisodia said, while announcing the helpline, whose number is, 011-2735 2525.

I assure that each complaint received on the helpline will be monitored seriously and their problems will be resolved as soon as possible’, added Sisodia.
On addressing the concern of parents, he said, ‘I will meet the parents to resolve problems faced during the admission process. We will listen to their grievances and their feedback will help us to facilitate the admission procedure smoothly,’ said Sisodia.
To further facilitate transparency in the admission process, Sisodia said, ‘People can also find other important information like nearby schools for pre-primary admission on the Directorate of Education website. The ministry is soon to upload a competitive chart on the website, where parents can find information about schools, their fee structure and infrastructure facilities’.
