The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has decided to allot houses meant for the economically weaker section (EWS) in Dwarka to JJ cluster dwellers. 'The DDA board has decided to allocate 2,383 houses for the EWS people to residents of six JJ clusters in the area.
This is a one-time decision and in future the guidelines of union ministry for housing and urban poverty alleviation (HUPA) will be followed,' said a DDA spokesperson. JJ cluster dwellers of Indira Camp 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, Vikaspuri and Shanker Garden will benefit from the scheme.
