‘I have been into acting and direction, but choreography is my first love,’ Prabhudheva said Wednesday at the launch of 24th edition of Limca Book of Records.
He added: ‘I’m glad that nowadays people are aware of varied dance genres, thanks to reality TV dance shows.’
Prabhudheva, known for directing hits like Wanted and Rowdy Rathore in Bollywood, was last seen as an actor in Remo D’Souza’s directorial venture ABCD - Anybody Can Dance, a dance-based 3D movie.
Talking about the film, he said it is ‘good that dance-based movies are being made in the industry’.
He has also acted in southern films like Suyamvaram and Kaadhalan.
After having worked in both Bollywood and southern films, he feels there is no major difference between the two filmmaking industries.
Prabhu is nowadays busy with Ramaiya Vasta Vaiya and Rambo Rajkumar.
