With the arrest of five persons, the Crime Branch has busted a factory that allegedly produced spurious ghee using names of prominent brands, police said on Wednesday. The accused have been identified as Naresh Goyal (49), Ashish Aggarwal (30), <g data-gr-id="10">Murtaja</g> (28), Ran Singh (47) and Naveen Rathore (35). The police have recovered around 2.5 kg highly-adulterated ghee from their possession, said Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) Ravindra Yadav. The accused have been booked under IPC sections 420, 120B, 272 and 273.
