Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief and former railway minister Lalu Prasad Yadav on Sunday alleged that communal forces are trying to break the country through their evil design.
‘The secular forces in the country was trying their best to counter these communal forces but now people have to decide which way they want to go,’ he said before visiting the riot relief camp at Loi in Muzaffarnagar on Sunday.
Terming both BJP PM candidate Narendra Modi and Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal TV creations, the former Bihar chief minister said that these communal forces were dividing the society on the communal lines just to get benefit in the elections.
‘The people of the country should be aware of these evil forces and should not support them at any cost,’ he said.
Appreciating Congress and its leader Rahul Gandhi, Yadav claimed that Gandhi was making his effort to bring the common man in the mainstream and people should believe the Congress rather than giving importance to the smaller parties.
Yadav, who recently was released from jail in the Fodder scam, blamed BJP general secretary Amit Shah, a close confidante of Narendra Modi, for triggering communal violence in UP and said there was no Modi wave in the country. The BJP dream to unfurl Tri-colour at Red Fort would crash.
Yadav also termed that the Aam Admi Party (AAP) government in Delhi is merely a ‘nautanki’ and people will know their real face very soon.
Drawing attention of Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav, the RJD chief admitted that Uttar Pradesh government did not do what was required for the riot victims. ‘The victims should not be removed from the relief camps till they are given any alternative place to stay. Besides, the affected people should be provided jobs and other basic needs by the state government,’ he added.
When asked about the victims staying in the relief camps , the former Bihar CM said he will talk to the victims and will do whatever is required for them.
