Parliamentary Secretary to the Chief Minister and Congress legislature spokesperson Mukesh Sharma has announced that west Delhi would witness the largest rally at Bindapur, a Vikas Rally, to be addressed by Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit on 9 June . She is expected to lay the foundation of a sewer line project costing Rs 35 crore for Bindapur group of colonies, and initiate construction work of a modern Community Centre with a lift. The estimated cost of this project is Rs 6 crore.
