Delhi saw light rains on Monday, leading to the day ending on a humid note. The met department has forecast showers on Tuesday.
‘The sky will be generally cloudy and rain is likely on Tuesday,’ said an official of met department. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 27 and 34 degrees Celsius, respectively.
On Monday, slight rain was reported in some parts of south and east Delhi, but there was no let up in humidity, which reached a high of 82 per cent. The minimum humidity remained at 67 per cent.
The maximum temperature was a notch below season’s average at 33.4 degrees Celsius, while the minimum was a notch above average at 27.7 degrees Celsius.
