A: My parents have been my primary inspiration. Also, I have been drawing inspiration from the life of APJ Abdul Kalam who, despite of all odds, excelled in his life. With smart planning and determination, success can be achieved.
Q: What was your first reaction? Did you expect that you would top the exam?
A: Flying colours! However, the news of coming first in the country came as a surprise to me. I was sure of my performance but
did not expect to top the exams. It is difficult to top but in the end, if you have worked hard then you will succeed.
Q: What was your parents’ reaction over your result?
A: My parents have always praised and encouraged me. When my father heard that I am the national topper he greeted me. I could sense pride and love in his greetings.
Q: What are your future goals?
A: I want to be an engineer. I am preparing for the exams and will appear for the JEE advanced exam on Sunday. For securing good marks, understanding of every subject is a must.
Q: How are you planning to celebrate the day?
A: Today I am busy in receiving greetings from all over. Certainly, I will plan a party soon.
