CBSE Class X result to be out in a day or two

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) class 10th results will be declared on Wednesday or Thursday, tentatively. The CBSE 10 exams were held from March 2-26, 2015, where 8,17,941 boys and 5,55,912 girls appeared for the exam. 

Central Board of Secondary Education is a Central Board of Education in India. The Board was established in 1962 under the Ministry of Human Resource Development. 

Both private and public schools are affiliated under the Board which offers board exams for the 10th and 12th classes every year. The CBSE Class 12 results were announced on May 25 where the pass percentage for girls was 87.57% while for the boys it was 77.77%. To access the result, students will need to submit their roll number and date of birth. 

Students can check or download their results on the Board’s official websites — <g data-gr-id="29">cbse</g>.nic.in and <g data-gr-id="30">cbseresults</g>.nic.in. CBSE Class 10 results can also be accessed through SMS and IVRS, which is available through certain mobile phone operators.
