More than 24 hours after two assailants tried to gun down a businessman in central Delhi on Monday, the Delhi police has failed to trace them. The victim has, however, accused the marketing manager of a Bollywood actor for the incident.
Two men — one riding on a bike and the other driving a car — had tried to gun down Hardev Singh, a Karol Bagh-based businessman who also owns a music production house in Mumbai while he was driving his car. The incident took place on Desh Bandhu Gupta road in central Delhi on Monday morning.
‘We are investigating the case and so far no one has been arrested. Teams have been made to nab the suspected accused who has been named by the victim,’ Alok Kumar, DCP (central) said.
The two assailants fled soon after the incident. However, Gupta managed to identify one of them.
