New Delhi: S R Narasimhan joined the Board of Power System Operation Corporation Limited (POSOCO) as Director (System Operation) on November 29. Prior to this assignment, he was Executive Director, National Load Despatch Centre (NLDC) responsible for reliable and economic operation of the All India electricity grid which is also connected to the neighbouring countries of Bhutan, Nepal and Bangladesh. S R Narasimhan has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the erstwhile Delhi College of Engineering and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from IGNOU.
