The bank’s objective is to empower the MSME sector—which is the backbone of India’s financial economy—and provide them with simple, accessible, and affordable financial assistance for business expansion.

In this direction, the bank has designed several special schemes for MSME entrepreneurs so that entrepreneurs from every segment can receive financial support according to their needs. He mentioned that the bank has launched a special scheme for MSME entrepreneurs— ‘Ghar Wapsi and Swagat Yojana’, under which:

• Former/previous customers who reconnect with the bank and resume business will be given a 100 per cent waiver on processing fees.

• New MSME customers joining the bank for the first time will receive a 50 per cent waiver on processing fees.
