Brazil, Spain, Britain seeded in Olympic football

Brazil, Spain, Britain and Mexico have been seeded for the Olympic men's football tournament.

The draw for the group stage will separate the four seeded teams apart and will not meet till the knock-out stage.

Britain, who will for the first time since 1960 have a men's team at the Olympics, will head Group A. World champions Spain will head Group D, while Brazil is the seeded team in Group C.

In the 12-team women's draw, reigning Olympic champions United States, world champion Japan and Britain are the seeded teams.

The draw will take place at Wembley Stadium on Tuesday.
