The party has directed the workers to restart door-to-door campaign, public meetings and social networking.
‘BJP has emerged as the single-largest party and the first choice of the people of the national capital. The party cadres need to work even harder now to fulfill the aspirations of Delhiites. If elections are held again, BJP will emerge much stronger with a clear majority,’ said Nitin Gadkari, Delhi BJP election in-charge after a meeting of election core group.
‘BJP is battle-ready for another round of assembly elections even though these polls have been forced upon Delhi by Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) which refused to form the government due to the fear of getting exposed,’ said Vijay Goel, Delhi BJP president. The high-level meeting of BJP leaders was also attended by Delhi BJP co-in-charge Navjot Singh Sidhu among others.
The party decided in the meeting to go back to the people with a three pronged strategy — door-to-door campaign, public meetings and social media campaign.
The party cadres would communicate to the people how AAP’s ‘non-serious approach’ has forced another election upon Delhiites and how BJP has been fighting against misrule of Congress for the last 15 years.
