Bar Council of Delhi will hear a complaint seeking disciplinary action against Delhi Law Minister Somnath Bharti Monday, council secretary Murari Tiwari said on Friday.
‘We will on 20 January discuss the complaint regarding disciplinary action against Bharti in a bar council meeting,’ he said.
Bharatiya Janta Party Delhi unit chief Vijay Goel on Thursday filed a complaint before the council seeking action against Bharti.
Goel complained that in Aug 2013, a CBI court held Bharti’s conduct as not only highly objectionable, unethical but also amounting to tampering of evidence.
