Capturing moments to take photography beyond the realm of contemporary art photography, Ishan Suri brings you Carpe Diem. As the title suggests, you can sit back, relax, dream in your present and still travel and live through these completely imaginative moments frozen in time. The exhibition brings you 45 pieces from his works taken out of his travel experiences across the world. It will be organised by Artfoto 13 that will bring you this visual treat and display his work throughout the month of May.
Providing an insight into Artfoto, Ishaan remarks, 'Artfoto is a world where the paintbrush is a camera and the photo is created into something as magical as a painting could be. There are no themes or concepts in Artfoto, nor are there explanations of why I capture what I have.'
Through Artfoto 13, his brilliant imagery will be available in variant sizes and prices ranging from Rs 6500 to Rs 40,000. It will bring some of the most affordable modern digital art catered to an age group of 25-45 year olds. Believing in the philosophy of photographs that speak back to the viewer, Ishan Suri, an avid and self trained photographer creates images that go beyond conventional photography techniques.
