Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday fixed a deadline of three years to make the state's road network the best in the country as well as directed the Roads and Buildings department to work by integrating resources.
In a meeting on the status of roads in the state, the Chief Minister asked the department to make all single-lane and intermediate roads double-lane roads within a year. "Besides, no national highway should be single lane in the state," he said.
