Addressing a press meet on Saturday, AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan has cross filed a complaint against the lady who filed a complaint against Khan and the SHO of Jamia Nagar, under Section of 182/191/192/193/211/218/120-B/ of the IPC.
The woman is the resident of Jasola who earlier this month had filed a complaint against Khan for allegedly threatening her with dire consequences.
Lashing out at the Modi government, Khan told that a dirty game is being played by the BJP. In a five-minute video which has been shown in the press conference clearly shows the woman changing her statement by saying that Khan has not abused her and that on pressure from the SHO she filed a complaint against him. “Vijender Gupta and other BJP people are supporting her and had helped her to go to court,” Khan said.
Meanwhile, senior leader Dilip Pandey requested PM Modi to stop his dirty politics. Reacting to the above incident he said: “CBI, ACB, and Delhi Police should understand their responsibilities and work properly but Modiji has set all these people after AAP officials.”
Pandey added that it is very surprising to see that PM Modi ordered Delhi Police to put AAP members in jail under fake cases.
