AAP criticises VK Singh’s stint with Pak High Commissioner

Mocking the Union minister and former Army chief General VK Singh for attending the reception by Pakistan High Commissioner Abdul Basit in Delhi on Monday evening, the Aam Aadmi Party on Tuesday asked him to quit his post.

Senior party leader Ashutosh tweeted: “Genral V K Singh, if you feel so disguised being present at Pakistan High Commission then you better resign.”

Just after he attended the reception by Pakistan High Commissioner Abdul Basit in Delhi on Monday evening, Union minister and former Army chief General VK Singh tweeted of “disgust” and “duty”.

“Hilarious govt at the Centre. Disgusted with duty! When/where did you hear something like this ever? Is it called governance! By any chance,” Ashutosh tweeted.

Ashutosh further said: “I think BJP/RSS should blame Pakistan for Singh’s visit to Pak High Commission. This can’t be Modi government act! Hahahahahah.”

While another AAP leader Kumar Viswas also cticitsed BJP and tweeted: “Hope biryani tasted spicy in the company of traitors & separatists divide our motherland and are in a habit of killing Indian soldiers.”
