In an endeavor to present only the best, it sources the finest balsamic vinegar, cheeses, pasta, risotto and olive oils. The menu includes pizzas like Dark Rye with Gorgonzola, fennel and Parma ham, Buckwheat with Sour cream, Rosemary potatoes, Millet with Cherry tomatoes, spinach, olives and Emiliana with fresh mozzarella, tomato sauce, prosciutto, arugula, balsamic reduction and mozzarella cheese.

The restaurant boasts of a premium selection of Italian wines and grappa, that blends in perfectly with the ambience, especially selected wines produced by some centuries old traditional methods in an old winery called La Gentilesca.
