A Delhi court while expressing concern over deteriorating law and order situation in the city has awarded seven to five years of jail term to four youth who robbed a photographer at knife point.
Additional Session Judge, Kamini Lau said that young persons getting involved in criminal activities of robbing innocent persons by putting them under threat of death, is on rise. ‘The deteriorating law and order problem of the city is a matter of serious concern and immediate steps are required to be taken’, said the judge.
