Police claimed to have held a 30-year-old man for being part of a gang which used to befriend army personnel at railway stations and bus stands and steal their debit/credit cards with an aim to withdrawing big amounts.

Mukesh was arrested by Delhi Railway Police. He was allegedly part of a gang which came under police’s scanner on 3 January when one Ragunath Behera, a serviceman hailing from Odisha, complained that he had been robbed of his bag at New Delhi railway station.
