The BJP demonstrators were heading towards Rail Bhavan where the chief minister is holding a protest demanding the suspension of five policemen.
‘The protestors were detained outside Akashvani Bhavan in central Delhi,’ a police official said.
Vijay Goel, Delhi BJP chief, who was leading the protest said: ‘Have you ever before seen AAP talking against Delhi police? This is an attempt to shift focus from their non-performance.’
