Delhi Labour Minister Gopal Rai on Sunday said that a two-day job fair will be organised at the Thyagraj Stadium, starting Monday.
Rai added that as many as 100 companies from different fields would be participating in this job fair.
A senior government official said that an applicant, who is not registered with the employment centre, can also register with it before applying for the job.
The government move aims at providing a better opportunity for unemployed persons, especially youth.
The official said the concluding session of the job fair will be held at the Thyagraj Stadium on December 9, in which successful candidates will be given offer letters.
During the first Job Fair organised recently, around 2,100 people got jobs in different categories, which included tele-calling, insurance agents and private security agencies to name a few.
