A 15-year-old boy died due to drowning in the Yamuna river on Saturday evening. According to the police, the incident took place at around 5 pm when the deceased identified as Aayush had gone with his three friends to take a dip in the cool waters when a strong current swept him away.
His body was fished out after an hour by the rescue team of the Boat Club and Delhi Police.
