15 injured as school bus hits another public carrier in Noida

The UP Roadways’ bus was on his way to Greater Noida when the driver of school bus lost his control while trying to save a biker and rammed into public carrier. Fortunately, no student was reported to be injured. But the  the biker, along with his family and some passengers were injured in the mishap.

The expressway witnessed massive traffic following the accident, and it took three to four hours for officials to control the situation. Police said that the accident took place at around 9 am on Noida-Greater Noida expressway.  

‘The impact of the accident was so high that back portion of the bus was damaged completely and the passengers suffered injuries’, said a police officer.  The locals immediately called police and the victims were rushed to nearby Yatharth Hospital where they are undergoing treatment.

The accident led to a massive jam on the stretch as it had occurred during the peak hours. The daily commuters claimed that it took them more than two hours to cross the expressway.
