The 10th Hero MTB Himalaya mountain biking race starts from September 27, witnessing six days of adventure crossing 100 villages on a 500 km route. Hero will also field its own team for the event this time. The race kick starts from the beautiful town of Shimla. What sets this year’s race apart is the participation of world class cyclists. There will be a total of twelve countries including India, Nepal, Holland, Bangladesh, Austria, Germany, Portugal, Canada, Belgium, Poland, United Kingdom and Columbia that will be represented at the race. The total vertical climbing of the race will be close to 12500m over six days making it one of the highest in the world.
