I am a ‘unifier’, says Trump

After his impressive wins in ‘Super Tuesday’ primaries, a confidant Donald Trump on Wednesday said he is a “unifier” and can expand the Republican party if named presidential nominee as the frontrunner tried to make peace with party insiders deeply opposed to his candidature. The reaction came in response to a question over some in the party who may not be excited for his nomination, that they fear Trump’s decisive politics including against Muslims and African-Americans would alienate the communities from the party. “I am a unifier. I would love to see the Republican party and everybody get together and unify. And there is no one who is going to beat us,” Trump said.

“We have a very, very dynamic party and I think we’re going to be able to unify the party,” he said and tried to assure the party he would be the best one to defeat the Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
